How to Install Jelly Bean 4.1.2 in Samsung Galaxy S2 :


Tools Needed :
1.   Samsung Galaxy S2 Handset (Rooted)
2.   Jelly Bean 4.1.2 - Download Here, Mirror
3.   Odin3 v1.83.exe - Download Here
4.   Samsung kies - Download Here
Steps For Installation :
·        Put your phone into downloading mode by powering your Galaxy S2 off. Then hold down Volume Down, Home button, and the Power button together until you get an option to enter downloading mode. Hit Volume Up to enter downloading mode and connect your Galaxy S2 to your computer via USB cable.



·      Run Odin3 v1.83.exe, you should get a YELLOW box displaying COM port. If you don’t, make sure to double check that you have connected your Galaxy S2 to your computer via USB cable and installed Samsung Kies software.


·         Hit the PDA button and find the insecure file you downloaded earlier such as “Jelly Bean 4.1.2 (Actual File Name - " i9100XXLSJrooted.tar")


·         Hit the Start button.
·         It will Take 10-20Mins,Dont Panic
·         After Installing It will get restart, Now your phone got Jelly bean 4.1.2...
Note:
Ø  It will work only in Rooted Samsung Galaxy S3

The firmware update brings bug fixes to the handset. While this update is available via KIES and it is recommended that you get it from there. If for some reason, you cannot access the official update or would like not to wait and get it on your phone right now
